Intra-Agency Training

While the NRLI project team typically has a very tight schedule, occasionally we are able to schedule different training models, depending on your organization’s needs. Please see the list below for details on the models we have used, and contact us at nrli@ufl.edu for additional information.

Multi-module course

Typical model:

• 15-25 participants 
• All (or primarily) people from one agency/institution
• Four 1.5-day sessions 
• One month apart 
• Opportunity to internalize concepts/skills – behavior change 
• One module with field component
• All modules include applied and practical training in skills and strategies

Single workshop

Typical model:

• 15-25 participants
• 1-3 days (sequential)
• Limited opportunity for internalization
• Minimal time away from work
• Focused on applied and practical training in skills and strategies
• No field component
• Strong introduction to concepts and skills
