NRLI facilitators design, deliver, and evaluate facilitation activities, including but not limited to; meetings, retreats and multi-stakeholder processes related to NRLI’s mission.
Using proven frameworks and adaptive facilitation techniques, NRLI facilitators help set the stage to build trust and move forward with productive team conversations. Our role is to remain neutral on content while being intentional about process—ensuring every voice is heard and every outcome is actionable.
