Experiential learning is at the heart of every training we design. Our curriculum blends hands‑on immersion with guided reflection. Learners step into real‑world scenarios, collaborate on collective decisions, and carry the insights they gain back into their own areas of work.

How it Works

Practical workshops that rely heavily on experiential learning. No power points, no long lectures, no tedious notetaking.  Participants engage in interactive sessions learning from each other as well as from the instructors.

We often engage a panel of relevant parties, so participants gain experience with empathic listening, gathering information, understanding conflict and engaging individuals with varying backgrounds.

We focus on the importance of understanding multiple perspectives to improve collaborative natural resource decision making in Florida.
