Alumni Trainings & Events

Alumni Virtual Learning Series

Alumni note that they sometimes forget some of the tools and techniques that they learned in class. If you don’t use it, you could lose it. To refresh and expand NRLI skillsets, we host a monthly online exchange. Featured alumni share their experiences applying NRLI approaches. Cross-cohort exchanges remind program graduates about what works (and what doesn’t) as they listen, reflect, and cross-pollinate ideas.

Synchronous Gatherings

Regional alumni hubs expand opportunities for further professional exchanges. Two alumni from each region coordinate or “anchor” the gatherings by selecting meeting venues and creating welcoming environments.

Mentoring

The project team are routinely approached to offer guidance in process design, facilitation, and training (link to facilitation). Together we learn new techniques and refine our practice.
