The 2005 Florida Natural Resources Leadership Institute
emphasized the impact of coastal development on the state’s salt
water and fresh water resources. The Institute's goal was to better prepare its
Fellows to deal constructively with the explosive growth that is taking place
in Florida’s coastal communities.
